Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning the merchandize to us. NO RETURNS, of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Should you need to return an item, simply follow these two steps:


1. Call our Customer Support Department at 888-347-7997. We will ask for the following and provide with a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization is only valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

  • invoice number
  • date of purchase
  • item number
  • quantity
  • reason for return

2. Write the Return Authorization Number on your shipping label. Return the item prepaid via UPS, in its original packaging and original condition, to:

Please keep all packaging material, packaging box and appropriate documents in case you have to return the merchandize. You must have a Return Authorization Number to return an item. All merchandise returns are subject to inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted. A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns. Products are not returnable beyond 15 days from the date of purchase. Special order items are not returnable. We will replace or repair defective items based on manufacturer's policy.


Certain products due to hygiene and government regulations may not be returned. Those products are garments, raised toilet seats, commodes, erection aids, etc. While others such as wheelchairs are final sales and can only be repaired under factory warranty.
