Most orders ship within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. Orders received on the weekend will be processed the next business day. We use FedEx for most orders placed at our WEB site. You can request special shipping by calling our customer service department at 561-347-7997. We charge a $7.00 shipping fee for all orders up to $75.00. Any order greater than $75.00 will ship free of charge(excluding items marked extra freight).




To obtain a quote on Next Business Day or 2nd Business Day shipping charges, please e-mail us at info@mar-jmedical.com with the items and quantities you will be ordering as well as the destination zip code.

Please note: Next Day and 2nd Day air shipments are sent via Fed Ex or UPS and are not normally delivered on Saturday or Sunday. However, for an additional charge, Next Day Air packages can be delivered on Saturday to many parts of the country.

MAR-J Medical Supply, Inc. is committed to working with its customers to ensure products with warranties perform according to the manufacturer's specifications. Warranty information, where applicable, can be found enclosed within the product packaging.

Items with exceptions noted below (*) maybe returnable for a refund, exchange or credit as long as they are returned within 30 days of receipt, are unused and are in their original and undamaged packaging. Sale items may not be returned unless defective. Non-defective returns will be subject to restocking charges as noted later in this section. No returns are accepted after 30 days.

* Sterile items may not be returned if the seal or packaging is broken or punctured.

* Incontinence, Wound Care, Hosiery, Cushions & Pillows, Bath Seats, Raised Toilet Seats, and other products where the intended use is to be in direct contact with the human body may not be returned.




Many product problems can be resolved with technical assistance from the manufacturer's service center. Please refer to service center contact information enclosed with the purchase.




Should your item require warranty service or is missing parts, please first contact the manufacturer's warranty service department.

If your item is not repaired to your satisfaction, MAR-J Medical Supply, Inc. will work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution.




All items must be shipped freight prepaid by the purchaser.




Items may be returned for refund, replacement or repair, subject to manufacturer and MAR-J Medical Supply, Inc. restrictions. All product returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization [RMA] number issued by MAR-J Medical Supply, Inc.(for items being returned to us) or by the manufacturer for items being returned to them.




MAR-J Medical Supply, Inc. cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without an RMA number will be refused at our facilities and will be returned to the sender. MAR-J Medical Supply, Inc. will charge a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges for shipments refused by the customer. Additional charges may apply if all products are not returned in the original and unopened packing.




Any returns found to be non-defective or intentionally returned as non-defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all non-product related fees (shipping and insurance) are not refundable. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.

Please be aware that if the reasons for the returned item(s) are not valid, you will be charged for return shipment to the original shipping address at FedEx Ground rates.

MAR-J Medical Supply, Inc.'s low prices are for our customers who make payment at the time of purchase.

For those who prefer the convenience of having their insurance company billed directly for their medical supplies, we can, in most cases, provide this service for you.

If you would like MAR-J Medical Supply, Inc. to check with your insurance company to see if we can file a claim for you, please submit the information requested on our form. For further information you may call us at 561-347-7997.

The patient or insured will be responsible for any co-payments, deductibles and non-covered items. When items are billed to your insurance, we can not offer the same discount pricing for customers who make payment at the time of purchase.




Please let us know if you have Medicare Part B. Some of the items we sell may be eligible for reimbursement by Medicare if there is proper documentation of medical necessity.

We will be happy to submit a claim to Medicare on your behalf. We do request that you leave a credit card on file with us in case of a Medicare Denial.

Before we can submit any claim to Medicare though, we will need a prescription form that has been completed and signed by your physician and a release form that has been completed and signed by the patient.

Internet orders can be paid with MasterCard, Visa, AmEx or Discover credit cards. If you would like to pay by check or C.O.D. you will need to contact our office at 561-347-7997 Monday through Friday, 9:00am until 5:30pm, Eastern Standard Time.

All orders with a "Ship to Address" of Florida will be charged the appropriate Florida sales tax. All other customers are not charged taxes on orders per state and federal guidelines.
